Steps

Take a heavy bottomed pan and add milk..And bring it to boil.

Once it starts boiling add lemon juice.. Little at a time.. to curdle the milk.

After curdling..Take a cotton cloth and strain it with the help of strainer.

Let it cool for half an hour.

After that in a blender jar add curdled, strained milk... along with salt and curd.

Give it a good spin..Until we get a creamy texture.

Cream cheese is ready.. Preserve it for a week..In refrigerator.
