Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 2ridged gourd sliced
  • 2Potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil (mustard oil)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds

  2. 2

    Fry the ridged gourd sliced

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    Add poppy seeds paste and sugar mix well

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
