Ingredients

2 serves
  • 3eggs
  • 2medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1small onion
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onions and tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Then fry the onions in oil and add in tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add in salt to taste. Then finally add in the beaten eggs.

  4. 4

    Turn and mix after every 15 seconds.

  5. 5

    Mix till the eggs become scrambled.

  6. 6

    Eat with eggs.
