Take a heavy bottom kadai.

Now mix Mawa and sugar.

Now switch on gas and cook this Mawa sugar mixture.

Stir it continues otherwise it stick.

In between add citric acid and stir.

When it change colour switch off the gas.

Grease a plate and speed mixture.

Put silver leaves.
- 9
Cut and serve.
