2 pcsEgg
2 tbspCapsicum chopped
2 tbspOnion chopped
2 tbspTomato chopped
2 tbspCorn
1 tbspGreen onion
to tasteSalt
Pepper
1/4 tspOregano
1/4 tspChilli flakes
2 tbspCheese grated

Steps

Take 2 eggs in a bowl and mix it well and add all the ingredients and mix again.

Pour the mixture in microwave safe mug.

Microwave it for 2-3 min.

Egg muffins is ready.

It can be made in silicone cupcake mould also to get different shapes.
