Make aam ras of two mangoes. Keep aside

Make small size pieces of four big size mangoes.Add the pieces to aam ras

Add salt and red chilli powder

Crush the mustard seeds to get the powder on a board with the help of rolling pin (belan) and add this powder to one cup curd mix well

Add this fresh mustard seeds powder and curd mix to aam ras.

Now heat ghee in a small pan add jeera and hing. Add this seasoning to the mix

Chill and serve along with chapati and sabzi.
