Ingredients

1 cupwheat flour
1 tspcardamom powder
2 tspgrated paneer
1/2 cupsugar
as neededwater
2-3almonds
oil/ghee for fry

Steps

1

Add sugar in water and stir till dislove the sugar.

Add wheat flour,cardamom powder and mix well.

Make a smooth batter.

Heat ghee in a pan pour this mixture,deep fry till golden in colour.

Garnish with grated paneer and almonds.
