Churn bread in mixer to make bread crums.

Cut 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 1 onion, beans into very small pieces in a bowl and add grated cabbage 1 green chilli 1 tsp grated ginger in it.

Add 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp chilli sauce in it.

Add bread crums in it and salt.

Mix all and make 10 balls.

Heat some oil and fry the balls in low heat. Manchurian balls are ready.

For gravy cut remaining onion and capsicum into small cubes.

Make a batter of machurian masala.

Add 2 tsp oil in a frying pan. Add grated ginger and chilli in it and add onion and fry it.Now add capsicum and fry it. Then add manchurian masala batter and cook for 2 minutes until gravy is ready.

Add manchurian balls in gravy and serve hot. And now your delicious bread manchurian is ready to eat.
