  • 1 packetsalted biscuits
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • 1 sachetEno
  • 1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind the biscuits into fine powder.

    Then add buttermilk, salt and mix it nicely.

    Then immediately add Eno mix it nicely.

    Put in microwave mould and on Microwave baked for 3 minutes.

    Then demould it and check with toothpick.

    Your Dhokla is ready for serving.
