Steps

First take 1/2bowl of roasted chanaand separate it from it's particals...And grind them in a mixer jar to make a fine powder.

Now take a serving glass with full of cold water..And add 2tbsp of sattu and all masala(salty sattu) in it...And mix nicely (there shouldn't be any lumps).

Take another glass with full of cold water and same way add all (for sweet sattu) ingredients and mix well.

Garnish sweet sattu with some poopy seeds and ice cubes...And for garnish salty sattu add mint leaves and ice cubes..(both are optional).
