  1. 1ripe ovacado
  2. 1onion diced into tiny pieces
  3. 1tomato
  4. Corriander
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Lemon juice

    Cut the ovacado and remove the seed.remove the flesh and put it in a bowl

  2. 2

    Mash it with a fork and sprinkle some lemon juice

  3. 3

    Add in your diced onions, tomatoes and coriander

  4. 4

    Mix well and add salt to taste
