For Meatballs

In a big bowl, mix minced meat, breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, egg, chilli flakes, oregano and parsley

Knead the mixture well together and make equal size balls. Shallow fry the meatballs in olive oil until cooked from all sides

For Spaghetti sauce

In a saucepan, heat olive oil. Add onions and saute until translucent
- 6
Add bay leaf, tomatoes puree and salt. Mix well
- 7
Add tomato sauce and simmer the entire sauce mixture until it starts thickening

Add meatballs to sauce. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
- 9
In a serving plate, add cooked spaghetti. Top with meatballs in sauce. Garnish with grated parmesan or any cheese, oregano and dried parsley. Serve warm
