Ingredients

10minutes
serves2 serving
  1. 1/2 cupoats powdered
  2. 1/2 cupsooji
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 cupVegetables like grated carrots, chopped capsicum,grated beetroot
  6. For tempering
  7. 1 tspRai
  8. 1 tspSesame seeds
  9. 2 tspGreen chillies
  10. Curry leaves a few

Steps

10minutes
  1. 1

    First mix suji,oats flour and curd and keep it aside for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    In the meanwhile heat a non stick pan.

  3. 3

    In the suji mixture add all mentioned vegetables,salt and mix properly.

  4. 4

    Now in the pan heat oil,put rye,curry leaves, sesame seeds, chopped green chillies.

  5. 5

    Over this put a thick layer of Handvo mixture and make like a thick pan cake,huge one covering the entire pan.

  6. 6

    Cover and cook on slow.

  7. 7

    After three minutes flip the side.

  8. 8

    Now drop in a plate cut triangular pieces.

  9. 9

    And Handvo is ready.
