Shokd over night chanafor 7-8 hrs.

Wash the chana and boiled them in the cooker with 2 cup of water with salt or backing powder.

Let the cooker whist 3 times, lets then shimmer 2 minutes and then switch off the flame.now open the lid.

Heat oil in the pan add buy leaf and cumin seeds when the cumin seeds sprinkle than add onion garlic or ginger paste and saute nicely.

Now add onion paste till it became Golden now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, or chole masala and mix it well.

Now add tomato puree and saute until oil come out.

Then Add boiled channa,add salt or some water, water as per your quantity and mix it well.

Cook for 15 minute in low flame,now add garam masala or garnish with coriander leaves and onion rings.

Searve hot with lachcha paratha, bhature, puri or plane rice or jeera rice.
