Soak Rajmah for 6 hours.

Pressure cook with half quantity of salt. PC for 20 min.

Now in a mixer crush onion, ginger and green chillies. Keep aside. Crush tomatoes.

Now take a wok and add oil. Heat. Add onion paste. Saute till golden. Add salt and red chilli powder. Saute. Add tomato puree. Saute till oil separates. Add Kasoori methi and garam masala. Saute for a min and add boiled Rajmah.

Cook for 10 min on medium flame. Done

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Enjoy with Rice or Roti
