Take a bowl,then peel potato and mix all masala,onion mix and mashed.

Take slice cut in triangle shapes,stuff potato masala and cover withanother slice.

Take a bowl add besan and all masala tben add water and make a smooth batter.

Take a wok add oil,then oil r heat,take a slice and dip in besan batter and fry them.

Crispy bread pakora r ready.

Serve in tomato sauce and tamarind sauce.
