Bengali shorshe dharosh/bhindi masala with mustard seeds paste
Steps

First wash and cut potatoes and ladyfingers in pieces,

Heat a kadai add oil then fry ladyfingers and potatoes and put on a plate

Now add oil in a kadai if required then add kalonji then add tomato puree and green chilli paste,salt, red chilli powder, termuric and fry until raw smell comes out

Now add fried potatoes pieces and mix well with the masala

Now add 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes.

If potatoes are cooked well then add mustard seeds paste and little water if required then add ladyfingers and cook for 5 minutes.

Our bhindi masala with mustard seeds are ready to serve..😊😊
