Lightly whisk 2 eggs and add 1/8 Cup of Water. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes so eggs are fluffy and there is no liquid left. Scramble with fork and set aside and let cool.

Fry bacon bacon and onion over medium heat in sesame oil for about 3-4 mins. Strain bacon and keep 2 tablespoon of drippings. Crumble bacon when cool.

In pan with drippings, add cooked rice, bacon, egg, peas, soy sauce and butter.

Top with chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!
