Ingredients

  • 4 stripsbacon (chopped)
  • 1/4 C.Parsley
  • 28 oz.Crushed Tomato
  • 1Onion (chopped)
  • 6 CansDark Red Kidney Beans
  • 3chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 6 Tbsp.Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp.Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp.Cilantro
  • 3 Tsp.Salt

  1. 1

    I use a stock pot to make this chili. Mix all the ingredients together in the stock pot (saving the chicken and bacon for last). Stir the ingredients good with a whisk. Add your chicken and bacon last, then fill the pot with water to about 2 inches from the rim.

    Cook COVERED on medium heat for about an hour and a half. Stirring every 15 to 20 mins to make sure it doesn't scorch.

    Top with Sharp Cheddar and enjoy!!! ❤
