1 1/2 cupchicken stock
1/2 cupcooked great northern beans
2garlic cloves
1 tspchopped onions

I used my vitamix to make this. Place the ingredients by order into vitamix
2

Blend for about 5 minutes. When done u can crush crackers or add whatever you like to it.
