Steps

Mix the flour with half of the sugar. Add water and knead into a smooth dough.

Mix Palm juice with the remaining sugar and boil on a low flame stirring at times.

Add a bit of flour to the mixture of palm and allow the mixture to thicken. Remove from flame and allow the mixture to cool.

Make small balls of the flour dough. Roll out on a rolling board.

Add a little bit of Palm juice mixture at the centre. Fold into semicircular shape

Allow the dumplings to steam in a steamer for 30 minutes turning the sides twice.

Remove from the flame and serve hot.
