Ingredients

5 mins
  • 10 ozcanola oil
  • 1whole egg
  • 1/2a juiced lemon
  • 1 Twhite vinegar
  • 1/2 tonion powder
  • 1/4 tgarlic power
  • 1 tdijon mustard
  • to tastefresh ground salt and pepper

  1. 1

    Use a tallish narrow jar, I use a large jelly Mason jar. Pour the oil in, add the egg and the seasoning.

    Sink your immersion blender all the way to the bottom, turn on and after the emulsion starts to form, slowly work the wand up and down until fully blended.
