To prepare the rice flour manda pitha we need,boil water and milk together..

Add rice flour part by part while continously stirrring it to avoid lumps.

Keep stirring it in a low flame untill all the water absorbed and it form into a ball..turn off the gas..

Heat the pan in 2teaspoon of ghee..add the coconut paneer ghee mix it well.cook this in low flame for 10mint.

Now prepare the dough by applying little oil in plam and kending the soft dough into a workable texture

Now take a small dough and make a dent in the center and put sweet cocount mixture and close the opening

Now we should steam them.heat water in a steamernd steam the rice manda pitha..
