  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1 cupcoconut (scraped)
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • 1 tspgreen chillies chopped

    Steam the stems and strain

    Heat oil and add nigella seeds and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add the stems and saute well

  4. 4

    Cover adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add red chilli powder and coconut fry well

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Serve with rice
