Ingredients

  1. Whole kienyeji Chicken
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. Crushed Ginger
  4. Crushed Garlic
  5. All purpose Flour
  6. 2Eggs
  7. Breadcrumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Portion cut and slightly boil chicken with the salt, crushed garlic and ginger

  2. 2

    Let cook till dry and cooked

  3. 3

    Pat dry the chicken pieces and put in a tray of flour

    Followed by a bowl of eggs and finally breadcrumbs

    Fry in moderately hot oil till golden brown.
