Ingredients

  • 1 kgReady made puff dough
  • 250 gmstrips Chicken cutten into long
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspGaram masala powder
  • 3Onions roughly chopped
  • 2 tbspBlack pepper powder heap full
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspOil
  • For puff
  • Eggs to brush on it
  • Some white til seeds

Steps

    Firstly de froze the puff dough

  2. 2

    In the mean time prepare the filling

  3. 3

    Heat oil. Add in ginger garlic paste. Now add in the washed chicken. Sauté it for few mins. Until a bit cooked.

    Add in all masalas and salt. Now cook in slow flame until it's done.

  5. 5

    Finally add in onions and cook it for more 2 mins. Make sure the onions are crunchy.

    Now switch off the gas. keep this aside and let it cool

  7. 7

    Now make a thin layer of abt 2 inch thick by using rolling pin. Add in flour if needed on the surface.

    Make sure you move it only in one direction like half you roll it up and half roll it down

  9. 9

    Now cut in the needed shape. I did it in rectangular.

  10. 10

    Place the filling on one and cover it up with other. Use fork and seal the sides.

    Preheat oven at 180 ° C

  12. 12

    Now place the puff pastry on the baking tray and brush eggs on top of it. Sprinkle the white til seeds.

    Bake it at 200 °C for 10 to 12 minutes until golden

    Your crispy flaky Chicken Puffs are ready
