Steps

Boil the potatoes and mash it

Add kasuri methi coriander leaves and salt in it

Add mustard oil, cumin powder, and black peper in it, add black salt and mix it well make a soft potato dough

Heat the pan spread the potato mixture over the bread slices cover with another slice of bread
- 5
Grease the bread both sides with ghee and grill in a toaster or pan as u preferred
- 6
Serve hot with sauce
