Ingredients

1/2 cupGreen lentils with husk
1 cupSoyabean seeds
1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspChaat masala
Oil
Asafoetida 1/2 tspn

Steps

Soak soyabean seeds and lentils for 2 hrs

Grind it with asafoetida
3

Mix everything except oil
4

Add little bit oil in each section of appe pan. Pour this mix in sections
5

Cook from both sides applying little bit oil
