Make the dough as for the chapati then give some time to rest

Cut the cabbage into strips

Grate the carrots

Cut the onions into cubes

Saute the onion and the carrots give some time to cook then add the cabbage and season

Roll out the dough

Put the rolled dough in to thin slices like the samosas

Then in the dough add the the cabbage mixture and then fold it to a round then seal it with batter
