Dry roast pumpkin seeds, peanuts, makhana,roasted chana dal on a low flame until it gets crispy.

In a big bowl add all ingredients excluding ghee.

Make a fine powder in a mixer jar.

Transfer in a big plate and add ghee.You can add cardamom at this stage.(optional)

Make small equal size balls.

Protein bombs are ready to eat!
