Steps

Take a bowl add daal, potato and chickpeas mix well now add gram flour and salt.

Mix well and give a roll size now deep fry in the medium flame.keep aside

In same pan add chopped onion saute it for 2-3min.

Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and masala.

Mix well now add water and let it boil add kofta.
- 6
Garnish with roasted kasuri methi and fresh cream.
