In a pan heat ghee.Add carrots and saute a while till colour changes.

Let the moisture get little dry in carrots.After 10mins put sugar and mix.

It will start leaving water again but no problem keep stirring on medium heat.

Once it's dry add khoya and mix all nicely.Cook for 10min more till dry.

Add cardamom powder and stir.

Take out from heat once halwa is thick enough.

Serve hot or cold as per your wish.Both taste yummy.
