  • 2/3 cupbutter
  • 2eggs
  • 3 cupsflour
  • 1 3/4 cupsugar
  • 3 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 2 tspvanilla

    Preheat oven

    Mix butter and sugar until fluffy

  3. 3

    Add egg and vanilla

  4. 4

    Add baking powder and salt

  5. 5

    Add milk until the consistency is light

  6. 6

    Poor in a tin lightly greased

  7. 7

    Bake until the skewer inserted comes out clean

  8. 8

    When ready leave it to cool

  9. 9

    Serve with correct sauce and enjoy
