Ingredients

1 cupThin dalia (broken wheat)
1/2 cup Curd
1cup Finely chopped Carrots
1 packet Eno fruit salt
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp rai
2 tspoil
curry leaves few
For tempering

Steps

1

Soak broken wheat carrots and curds for 2 hours.
Add eno, salt and make Idlis from the same batter. Once slightly cool remove from the mould and add tempering of rai and curry patta.
