How to roasted peanuts with salt.

First take a broad kadai and place one cup of peanuts and sprinkle some salt over it and some water too do not pour water sprinkle. Roast well on slow flame but do not burn it. When you hear popping sound switch of the flame and let it cool in the kadai itself only then it will become crisp. Then take out all the brown peel from it and put it in a mixy jar.

Pulse it two time to get this texture.

Open the lid every two three times you pulse it do not pulse it too much at one go. Pulse it till you reach this stage. Then apply on a slice of bread one side and jam on the other side.

Protein in peanut 2 tablespoon has 8 GMs of protein. To make two sandwiches you will need two tablespoon.
