1Apple roughly diced
1-2 tbsphoney
1 glassmilk
1 pinch salt
1-2mint leaves

Take a mixer jar and put into diced apple &mint leaves

Now add 1 or 2 tbsp of honey & a pinch of salt
3

Add 1 glass of milk & blend it well
4

Serve in beautiful glass & garnish with mint leaf and diced apple
