Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 3 tbspboiled beetroot puree
  3. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tspred chilli powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. As requiredCheese cubes
  7. For coatingBread crumbs
  8. 2 tbspmaida
  9. 1/2 cupwater
  10. 2 tspred chilli sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add potatoes, beetroot puree, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli sauce and mix well.

  2. 2

    Make balls of this and flatten it and put a small cheese cubes as the stuffing.

  3. 3

    Cover from all the sides.

  4. 4

    Repeat to make more balls.

  5. 5

    Take water in a bowl and put maida and mix well to make a slurry.

  6. 6

    Dip the balls in the slurry and roll on bread crumbs.

  7. 7

    Deep fry the balls in hot oil till light pink.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with ketchup.
