Heat ghee in a pan

Add grated beetroot into it stir.to evaporate the milk in it.

Then add coconut powder and stir well. when it becomes dry

Add sugar stir continuously

When the mixer becomes thick add cardamom powder stir again

Add chopped dry fruits and stir again

Now the beetroot coconut burfhi is ready and transfer it to a greased plate

Let it cool for 30 min. And cut into pieces
