Steam all the vegetables together

In a mixing bowl, add in the vegetable mixture, crushed bread slices and mix very well.

Add garam masala, cumin powder and salt, mix again.

Divide into equal portions and shape into cutlets.

Preheat the air fryer. Arrange the cutlets and air fry for 5-7 minutes.

Brush with little oil and air fry for another 5-7 minutes.

Serve hot with green chutney.
