Steps

Peel irish potato and wash, cut into 4 and allow pat dry, sprinkle salt, chilli pepper flakes, onion flakes and knorr cube optional if you wish

Preheat oven for 220degree

Sprinkle veg oil into the bowl where you have the potato chips and toss every thing together and place irish potato in the baking dish and place in the oven

After about 30minutes, remove from oven and serve with scrambled egg
