Wash the brinjal properly and cut it in roundels.

Take a bowl put red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder, asfoateida, salt, rice flour and mix well. Add water as required for making a thick paste.

Coat all the roundels with the masala mixture and then coat it with suji.

Now heat a pan and put some oil.
- 5
When oil is hot put all the roundels and roast it from both the sides.

When brinjal roundels turns crispy from both sides.take them out from the oil.

Your baingun bhaja is ready to serve.
