4 slicessharp white cheddar or any white cheese
1 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
8 slicesbread
1/2 cupspinach
4 tbspbalsamic vinegar
2 cupsblueberries

Steps

Heat blueberries sugar and vinegar in a pan, bring to a boil cook 5 min squash the berries as you stir.

Strain berries and spread on 4 of the slices of bread. Top with cheese, spinach and grill
