1small pumpkin
2-3Dry red chilli
1 tspMethi seeds
1 tspCumin seeds
11/2 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspTurmeric powder
2 tspCoriander powder
1 tspSalt
11/2 tspJaggery
1 tspAmchur powder
1 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
1 tbspOil

Heat oil in a pan

Crackle cumin seeds,dry red chilli and methi seeds

Add all spices and salt

Peel pumpkin and cut into pieces

Add pumpkin pieces in it

Let it cook for few minutes

Then add jaggery and amchoor powder in it

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
