Steps

Boil the eggs and peel them.

Cut in half and sprinkle salt and pepper. Keep them aside.

Prepare batter with besan. Mix salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, ajwaine, Hing in besan and add water

Consistency of batter should not be too watery or too thick. Medium consistency.

Heat oil in a kadhahi. Take one piece of egg and dip in batter such that egg is coated with besan properly. Leave it in kadhahi. Similarly fry all other pieces. It will not absorb oil If coating is properly done.

Cook 3 or 4 pieces in a go. Cook on low/medium flame. So that they are Cooked properly inside and outside.

Yummy Pakora's are ready to eat
