Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/4 cupmilk cream
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 spoonCumin seeds
  • as neededLukewarm water
  • 1/2 spoonGaram masala
  • 1/4 spoonDried mango powder
  • 100 gramTofu
  • 50 gramBoiled peas
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 4 clovesgarlic minced
  • 2 spoonrefined oil
  • 1 spoonclarified butter

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix milk cream and salt in wheat flour and knead a tight dough by adding lukewarm water

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Add onion and garlic and saute until it turn golden brown

  4. 4

    Cut tofu in small square pieces and add in Onion

  5. 5

    Mix salt,all spices and peas

  6. 6

    Mix well and let it cool

  7. 7

    Make lemon sized balls from the dough and stuff the stuffing inside it

  8. 8

    Make balls and smear clarified butter on it

  9. 9

    Preheat the oven on 200°

  10. 10

    Bake baati on 200° for 15 minutes

  11. 11

    Serve hot with sauce.
