Mix milk cream and salt in wheat flour and knead a tight dough by adding lukewarm water

Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds

Add onion and garlic and saute until it turn golden brown

Cut tofu in small square pieces and add in Onion

Mix salt,all spices and peas

Mix well and let it cool

Make lemon sized balls from the dough and stuff the stuffing inside it

Make balls and smear clarified butter on it

Preheat the oven on 200°

Bake baati on 200° for 15 minutes

Serve hot with sauce.
