  • 3eggs
  • 1Lemon lids
  • 150 mlPlain yorghurt

  1. 1

    Beat sugar and margarine untill fluffy

  2. 2

    Seive the flour and baking powder

  3. 3

    Add eggs at a time

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice

  5. 5

    Fold in the flour and milk alternating.

  6. 6

    Bake at 180degrees for 40mins
