First take the maida take a large mixing bowl add some oil, salt and water. Mix well them.

Now make them smoth dough.

In pan heat the oil and add the onions and salt.

Cook on medium flame for 4 minutes.

Now add the cook vegs with few salt and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the red chilli powder, jeera powder and turmeric powder and mix well.

When they are cook well then off the gas stove.

Now refresh the dough take a part of medium size and make a roti.

Now veg are put in fry roti and make a veg roll.

Serve in tomato sauce.
