1 bowl (small)Besan
1 ltrlassi
to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspjeera (cumin) powder
2Onion
2potato
2 tbspoil

Take a wok add oil add jeera add onion and potato and 1/2 cup water cook till then potato soft.

Now make batter of kadhi, take lassi and besan mix well, make lumps free batter.

This batter add in to potato, boil 10 minute on low flame.

Add kasuri methi if u want.

Serve with rice.
