Ingredients

15 minutes
6-7 servings
  • 500 gmbhindi
  • 2-3onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil deep fry all bhindi.

  2. 2

    Now in another pan add 2.tsp oil add onion, sautey till then soft.

  3. 3

    Add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder dry mango powder mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve with chapati.
