Ingredients

  2. 1/4 cupChopped Mushroom
  3. 1Chopped onion
  4. 1/4 cupChopped baby corn
  5. 2Chopped green chillies
  6. 2 tbspnChopped coriander leaves and spring onions
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper powder
  8. 2 table spoonButter
  9. 1/2 cupGrated cheese

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, put all ingredients and mix it well except butter and cheese

    Grease dosa pan with butter

  3. 3

    Spread three spoon egg mixture as a thin layer

  4. 4

    Once it's cooked, spread the cheese on it and Roll it till half of the omlet

    Spread some more egg mixture as thin layer from the half omlett

    Once it's cooked spread the cheese on it and roll it till half of the omlett

    Repeat the same

    Cut it to the pieces

    Enjoy with tomato sauce and mayonnaise
